Product Limitations and Warnings
Always check strap buckle and system before use. Double check strap and tie down after using to tie down equipment and check load.
This product is NOT designed to be used to hold people.
It is solely designed for tying down cargo. The working load of the strap is 30 lbs.
The cargo being tied down, the secure points the strap is attached to and the weight of the cargo while in use must not exceed 30 lbs or the strap may fail.
The safe working load will change when external forces are applied to the strap or the cargo such as shifting, turning, acceleration or deceleration.
Standing in line with the strap if the strap fails will cause injury.
Cargo will shift during transport. Check the tie down after the first few minutes of transportation and every thirty minutes or less thereafter.
Each time the straps are checked, check the strap for signs of wear or failure.
Make sure the buckle, strap and all components do not come into contact with sharp edges, instruments, chemicals or hot surfaces which will cause strap
to abrade, wear, or fail. Discard the straps if you see cracking, hardening abrasions or any signs of wear.
Do not use straps for lifting, towing or securing cargo above ground.
Warranty Disclaimer
BISON DESIGNS warrants that the PRODUCT will meet the specifications stated in the instructions and BISON
DESIGNS agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. Notice
for replacement must be given within 60 days of the discovery of the defect. In consideration of the above
warranties by BISON DESIGNS, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:
- That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied;
- That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND/OR WAIVED;
- That the buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from BISON DESIGNS;
and That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or
otherwise, which the buyer may have against BISON DESIGNS.
BISON DESIGNS shall have no liability for any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by buyer’s actions,
omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies or use of the product in any way outside of the products designed
use, strength, load restrictions and warnings; Trademark Information: PATENTS and TRADEMARKS are owned of BISON DESIGNS L.L.C.
