All Bison items are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee; we will exchange the product for up to 1 year. When items are returned for a refund, we will generally issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

*Please don't forget to include (on a 3x5 card or note paper) your name, return address with phone number or email, and a note describing any issues with our product (outside package markings sometime become unreadable from handling or weathering).
Shipping costs are non-refundable; unless the item is returned as a result of our shipping error (damaged in shipping, defective merchandise, wrong item sent, etc.) If you do receive your order and it has an error, please contact Bison’s Customer Service Department.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item to Bison with the original packaging or tagging, and make a note of exchange(s). You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item and charged for the new item. If the exchanged items are more expensive, please enclose a check or provide credit card information with the return. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If items are to be returned to Bison, please include a copy of the packing list with your return. Gifts may be returned to Bison for an exchange only.
Sales Tax:

Bison’s Aluminum Key Accessories, Carabiners, Bottle Openers, and some Belt Buckles are anodized aluminum. The anodization process does not allow for exact color matches, colors may vary from product to product and shipment to shipment.
